Overview

The Senior Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of client engagements, fostering relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the Netsmart solutions and services framework.

In Short

  • Accountable for new and existing client engagement success.
  • Build relationships with C-Level leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead business reviews and ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
  • Educate clients on industry insights and best practices.
  • Prepare RFP responses in collaboration with sales and proposal teams.
  • Perform platform demos for potential clients.
  • Create Scope of Work documents with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM systems.
  • Focus on client satisfaction and relationship growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in healthcare or technology.
  • Strong relationship management and rapport-building skills.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex situations and collaborate effectively.
  • 3+ years in Behavioral Health or Home Health preferred.
  • Experience with electronic health records is a plus.
