Overview

This role involves supporting training for new associates, conducting quality assurance processes, and ensuring effective communication regarding quality concerns in clinical reviews.

• Support orientation and training for new associates.
• Complete quality assurance processes and document findings.
• Provide communication and resolution for clients and reviewers.
• Test McBee Clinical Review functionality.
• Act as an expert resource for reviewer questions.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns to QA leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Coding & OASIS review.
• HCS-D certification and HCS-O or COS-C OASIS certification.
• Expert in ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced clinical degree (preferred).
• Active clinical license (e.g. RN, PT, OT, SP) (preferred).
• CPHQ certification (preferred).
• HCS-H certification (preferred).
