Overview

Netflix is looking for an experienced ML engineer to develop, optimize, and deploy scalable ML solutions that enable self-service of analytics of both structured and unstructured data.

In Short

  • Design, build and optimize ML pipelines for document understanding and insights generation.
  • Develop and deploy large-scale ML models using Netflix’s ML infrastructure.
  • Optimize model performance and inference efficiency.
  • Automate ML workflows for training, tuning, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers on integrations.
  • Improve ML observability and model monitoring tools.
  • Stay updated with ML infrastructure advancements.
  • Hold an advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Have at least 5 years of industry experience in operationalizing ML models.
  • Proficient in Python and ML/DL frameworks.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Experience with language model embeddings and fine-tuning pipelines.
  • Track record of deploying ML systems at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with training large generative models.
  • Strong understanding of feature engineering and data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
