Overview

As a Data Scientist (L5) at Netflix, you will lead customer service experimentation to enhance the Netflix Help Center, ensuring an efficient customer experience aligned with business strategies.

Requirements

• Strong statistical knowledge and intuition.
• Experience in product experimentation.
• Proficient in SQL and programming (Python preferred).
• Ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Experience with language model performance evaluation.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
