Overview

Netflix is looking for an execution-oriented, highly effective Project Manager to fuel content production success through elevated operations, connected planning, and globally-scaled production solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Experience with process efficiency techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Ability to grasp concepts related to innovative technology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work.
• Experience in ambiguous situations.
• Knowledge of content creation processes strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of product development practices preferred.
