Overview

As a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst at Netcompany-Intrasoft, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions for high-profile EU and Public Sector clients, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

In Short

• Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient delivery.
• Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and manage a product backlog.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Configure systems based on user needs and coordinate customizations.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong skills in Agile methodologies and business process modeling.
• Proficiency in translating complex business requirements.
• Familiarity with BDD, story mapping, and user testing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to adapt to complex business environments.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs is a plus.
