Senior IT Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior IT Business Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

In Short

• Gather and analyze business requirements to inform project scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize user stories and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Must have a degree in Business, economics, or information technology.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with BPMN and proven experience working on Agile projects.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing use cases.
• Very good knowledge of English (written & oral).
• Nice to have experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, economics, or information technology (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Proven experience working on Agile projects.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing use cases.
• Very good knowledge of English (written & oral).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in business analysis or Agile practices is a plus.
