Overview

As an Exchange Expert, you will manage the daily operations of On-Prem/Hybrid Exchange infrastructure and serve as the primary SME and technical authority for MS Exchange.

• Apply your expertise in MS Exchange and Microsoft 365 design, implementation, and administration.

Requirements

• University degree or 5+ years of experience in complex IT environments.
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010/2013/2016/2019/Online).
• Expertise in Exchange administration, configuration, and migrations (on-prem to cloud).
• Experience with large-scale Exchange and multi-tenant Active Directory deployments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of networking, including load balancing and firewalls.
• Proven ability to support mission-critical systems 24/7.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1) & French would be a plus.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) are a plus.
