Requirements

  • Proficiency with macOS and Windows 10 Professional
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012-2022

  • Ability to follow complex technical procedures
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Azure AD, Microsoft 365)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory domain environment
  • Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
