Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Nestmed, you will serve as the first line of support for clinicians and staff, helping to troubleshoot issues and improve product usability.

Serve as the first line of support for users via Zendesk.
Troubleshoot user-reported issues and escalate bugs.

Requirements

3+ years in customer support, ideally in healthtech.
Familiarity with Zendesk.
Understanding of clinical workflows and EHR/EMR systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational habits and proactive follow-up.
