NerdWallet UK is looking for a results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead and grow our Business Lending vertical, focusing on driving sustainable, profitable growth in the UK market.

• Own the strategic direction and execution of SME lending.

• Manage P&L for the Business Lending vertical.
• Build and lead the commercial strategy for SME lending.
• Drive marketplace expansion by onboarding brokers and lenders.

• Champion the customer experience in lending journeys.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience managing commercial relationships.
• Deep knowledge of small business and the lending market.
• Strong track record in negotiating contracts.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills (Google Calendar, Drive, Excel).
• Creative and critical thinking skills.
• Project management experience in digital customer journeys.
