Overview

As a Tech Manager at Neon, you will lead the development and maintenance of internal systems, ensuring value delivery, security, and scalability while fostering collaboration between business and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Full stack profile.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Manager in Software Engineering teams.
• Ability to translate business contexts into viable technical solutions.
• Knowledge in API development and automation (preferably with Python or Golang).
• Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS and/or GCP), GitHub, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Pipefy.
• Experience in IT governance, security, or compliance is a plus.
