Human Resources Representative (3 Months Maternity Cover) - Remote

Overview

This will be a 3 Months Maternity cover position where the Human Resources Representative will support HR functions, maintain employee records, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure smooth HR operations.

• Assist with onboarding process and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Support offboarding processes including exit interviews.
• Serve as point of contact for employee HR inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
