Resource Planner - Maternity Cover - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for someone to join our Customer Operations and Support Team to provide maternity cover for our Resource Planner. This role will specialise in overall workforce management; rota and forecast creation and providing feedback on resource levels and inflow volumes.

In Short

• Collaborate with customer facing departments for accurate forecasting and resourcing needs.
• Provide weekly feedback on financial forecasting model and assumptions.
• Manage and oversee rotas, annual leave approvals, and shift swaps.
• Be the Relationship manager for third party platforms in the Support Team.
• Manage ad-hoc projects for efficiency and change initiatives.
• Oversee morning and afternoon volume assessment for daily planning.
• Report on CSAT, SLA’s, and resourcing levels weekly.
• Oversee budget usage for Overtime and team activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex information.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Collaborative and motivated to improve team efficiency.
• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
