Global Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on billing operations and ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable.

In Short

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledgers
• Responsible for collecting outstanding receivable balances
• Prepare collection reports and track collections progress
• Handle customer inquiries related to credit card products
• Assist with invoice creation and distribution
• Support the Sales team in obtaining customer Purchase Orders
• Reconcile customer payments before posting
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Support revenue-related audits and reviews
• Work independently and balance multiple tasks

Requirements

• Fundamental accounting knowledge
• Minimum three years accounts receivable experience
• Netsuite, Salesforce experience desired
• Experience with Stripe and Cloud Marketplace providers a plus
• Proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under critical deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
