In Short

• Monitor and ensure continuous compliance with all conditions and requirements set by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB).
• Assist with obtaining, maintaining, and renewing local operational licenses and permits.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to the BCLB and other relevant agencies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and contracts.
• Implement internal compliance manuals and external facing documents.
• Provide legal advice to internal departments on business matters in Kenya.
• Ensure the company's Responsible Gaming framework meets local legal standards.

Requirements

• Experience in legal compliance and contract law.
• Strong understanding of Kenyan regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to provide practical legal advice.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
