Overview

The Compliance Officer will oversee all compliance functions for the Illinois health plan, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and effective communication with state regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of compliance program management experience.
• Experience with State Medicaid programs and audits.
• 5-7 years with health care regulatory agencies.
• 5+ years in overseeing contract requirements implementation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance facets.
