Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the company’s accounting system.

In Short

• Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and timely approvals.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments according to company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliations and verifications of AP balances.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Assist with intercompany and tax-related transactions.
• Prepare audit documentation and support audit requests.
• Contribute to process improvements in AP operations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a finance team.
