Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Analyst will play a crucial role in the finance team at Arista Networks, collaborating with various departments to manage accounting for legal entities and improve business performance.

In Short

• Prepare month-end vendor reconciliations and record accruals.
• Process supplier invoices and credit notes, including 3-way matching.
• Prepare bi-monthly payment files and initiate manual payments.
• Clear vendor invoices upon payment approval.
• Monitor daily communications and respond to queries promptly.
• Coordinate with the AP team and cover for team lead as needed.
• Adhere to reporting deadlines and ensure team coverage.
• Liaise with service providers and maintain good relationships.
• Engage in other finance activities as required.

Requirements

• Part qualified accountant or accounting technician.
• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced public company.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to build relationships in a dispersed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with NetSuite and Concur is desirable.
