As a Staff .NET C#/Java Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to define the technical direction of our platforms, ensuring they are resilient, performant, and ready to support mission-critical solutions for a global customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 8+ years of experience in C# or Java for backend development.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience guiding teams.
• Solid knowledge of Kafka, including creating and managing message queues.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and scalable systems.
• Architectural knowledge with the ability to design complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• TypeScript experience or exposure.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with React.
• Advanced English level required.
