Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• 6+ years of experience with C# .NET and Microservices.
• 6+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• 4+ years of experience with Postgres and building scalable cloud-native architecture.
• Advanced English level for effective communication with US clients.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
