Overview

The Enablement team at NBCU exists to help get developers the resources and support they need to be successful in their roles. We want to improve developer efficiency by identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, creating documentation and self-service solutions, and providing education and coaching to give teams the knowledge and confidence they need to fully own their software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years working with software development teams.
• Expertise in DevOps practices.
• Strong grasp of survey design and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Python, cloud services, and SQL.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Mentorship experience.
