Senior Engineer, Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer will be a key member of the new Versant Cyber organization, responsible for securing and managing privileged accounts and credentials across systems, applications, and infrastructure.

In Short

• Deploy, configure, and maintain PAM platforms.
• Ensure high availability and secure configuration of PAM solutions.
• Develop and manage ephemeral access models.
• Implement workflows for secure credential storage and retrieval.
• Enforce password complexity and rotation policies.
• Define and enforce role-based access controls.
• Support secrets management integration in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in IAM, security engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with PAM tools in large-scale environments.
• Experience onboarding service accounts and application credentials.
• Strong understanding of integration with Active Directory and identity providers.
• Familiarity with identity federation concepts.
• Experience integrating PAM logs into SIEM platforms.
• Understanding of audit trail requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field.
