Overview

As an Interim Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer, you will play a key role in the deployment, integration, and operational enablement of the PAM platform across the BeSEE region, ensuring secure access to critical infrastructure.

In Short

  • Configure, integrate, and support the centralized PAM solution across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures.
  • Enable and manage secure privileged access for personal and non-personal accounts.
  • Implement core PAM capabilities including Just-in-Time Access, Session Recording, and Credential Vaulting.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for onboarding high-risk systems.
  • Support compliance with regional regulatory and data protection requirements.
  • Ensure integration with existing IAM components.
  • Maintain documentation on configurations and audit controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related technical issues.
  • Provide input to PAM architectural decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with leading PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
  • Experience in configuring password vaulting and session recording.
  • Understanding of IAM concepts, Zero Trust, and secure credential management.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with scripting is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
