Overview

The Security Solutions Architect will be part of the Versant Cyber Security Solutions Architecture team, responsible for ensuring technology is designed and deployed securely while partnering with various business units and IT teams.

In Short

• Individual contributor role in Cyber Security Solutions Architecture.
• Partner with Versant businesses and IT to ensure secure technology deployment.
• Conduct security consulting engagements and drive process improvements.
• Create architecture references, design patterns, and security guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert on technical security topics.
• Mentor team members on threat modeling.
• Communicate critical programs within the Cyber Security Organization.
• Research new technologies and security posture details.
• Contribute to security architecture review processes.
• Stay updated with cyber security trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in cyber security disciplines.
• Experience with security and enterprise architecture methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based application development.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
• Understanding of secure development methodologies and security flaw identification.
• Experience with threat analysis frameworks like OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Knowledge of security controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Technical training in cybersecurity is desirable.
