Booking Production Assistant - Remote

Overview

The KARAMO show is seeking a Booking Production Assistant to assist with all aspects of the show's booking of guests and production of segments.

In Short

• Assist with booking guests and segments for the show.
• Meet with guests while they are in town.
• Communicate guests' needs to the team.
• Finalize legal and guest paperwork.
• Outreach to guests about stories for the show.
• Manage guests' show day schedule.
• Assist the production team during show-day procedures.
• Contract position lasting approximately 5 months.
• Must be able to work in Stamford, CT and remotely.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-months professional TV experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
