In Short

• Record all commission deposit transactions from bank accounts and other sources into both NetSuite and Applied Epic systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with NavSav Insurance's accounting policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Execute month-end close processes related to revenue and deposits.
• Work closely with the broader finance team to ensure a seamless and accurate financial reporting process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the revenue accounting function.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
