As a Technical Writer at Nava, you will support the Business Development team by producing high-quality proposal content for government opportunities, translating complex technical concepts into accessible prose.

Draft clear, accurate, and compelling responses to government RFPs and RFQs.
Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and Proposal Managers.
Review and edit proposal sections for compliance and clarity.
Utilize AI and LLM tools for content development.
Maintain a repository of reusable content for future bids.
Organize and curate Nava’s library of core content.
Ensure proposal templates and style guides are up to date.
Participate in solutioning sessions and reviews.
Provide guidance to SMEs on technical content development.
Facilitate feedback loops to improve proposal processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Technical Writing.
5+ years of experience writing for government IT procurement.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear prose.
Familiarity with AI tools for writing and editing.
Detail-oriented with strong deadline management skills.
