Junior Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Junior Security Analyst will support Nava PBC’s cybersecurity initiatives by assisting with deploying security hardware, implementing monitoring systems, and responding to security alerts.

In Short

• Review and triage security incidents from SIEM and CrowdStrike.
• Escalate critical security events to senior team members.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and documentation.
• Assist in configuring CrowdStrike modules and SIEM integration.
• Deploy hardware security keys and train employees on their use.
• Prepare deployment and operational documentation.
• Compile weekly reports on security incidents and system health.
• Document API integrations and assist in their configuration.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on security improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to incident response and security controls.

Requirements

• Familiarity with endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike.
