Overview

As a Change and Training Manager (m/f/d), you will be deployed at our clients and actively shape the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will develop strategies, training concepts, and communication measures that accompany the change, ensuring that all stakeholders are on board.

Requirements

  • You have previously accompanied change management projects – ideally in the SAP environment – and can demonstrate your successes.
  • Change methods and processes are tools you use effectively.
  • You excel at designing training and workshops, knowing how to structure content and engage target audiences.
  • You think strategically, quickly recognizing connections and maintaining an overview even in complex projects.
  • Communication is your strength – whether in conversation, workshop, or material creation – and you have a good sense of people.
  • You empathize with others, remain resilient in challenging situations, and find good solutions in dynamic environments.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You are flexible and willing to be onsite with clients as needed.
