Overview

As a Change and Training Manager (m/f/d), you will be deployed at our clients and actively shape the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will develop strategies, training concepts, and communication measures that accompany the change, ensuring that all stakeholders are on board.

• You will implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a smooth SAP S/4HANA implementation for our clients.
• In workshops with stakeholders – from end users to executives – you will present your strategy and create a shared understanding of the changes.
• You will develop clear and compelling messages to effectively communicate the benefits of the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• You will create detailed change management plans and coordinate them closely with client teams, including regular adjustments based on project progress.
• You will create a tailored training and education concept – from needs analysis to implementation.
• You will develop and implement training programs and measures that promote adaptability and acceptance among our clients' employees.
• You will assist in creating training materials (e.g., training presentations, e-learnings, quick guides).
• You will support the communication of the transformation process, ensuring all target groups understand and embrace the changes.

Requirements

• You have previously accompanied change management projects – ideally in the SAP environment – and can demonstrate your successes.
• Change methods and processes are tools you use effectively.
• You excel at designing training and workshops, knowing how to structure content and engage target audiences.
• You think strategically, quickly recognizing connections and maintaining an overview even in complex projects.
• Communication is your strength – whether in conversation, workshop, or material creation – and you have a good sense of people.
• You empathize with others, remain resilient in challenging situations, and find good solutions in dynamic environments.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
• You are flexible and willing to be onsite with clients as needed.
