Overview

The Loan Closer will manage the document preparation and closing process for residential investment-purpose loans, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely loan closings.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Communicate file status and conditions clearly to team members.
• Review loan files for completeness and prepare loan documentation.
• Balance wires for funding and confirm loan terms are correct.
• Maintain accurate records in the loan origination system.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure document corrections are made.
• Ensure timely delivery of final documents to investors.
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support additional operational needs as requested by management.
