Overview

The Director of Narrative and Culture will develop and implement ambitious strategies for audience-centric narrative, art, culture, and storytelling, informed by internal and external best practices and consistent with NILC’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or significant experience.
  • 10+ years in narrative strategy, with supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in nonprofit or social justice sectors.
  • Ability to develop inclusive team dynamics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital strategy and culture change.
  • Understanding of immigrant rights issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
