Conservation Awards Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Conservation Awards Coordinator will help coordinate the NFF’s outgoing grantmaking to advance conservation efforts nationwide, supporting community engagement and capacity building.

In Short

• Coordinate grantmaking and grant management processes.
• Focus on community engagement and stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with Conservation Awards Manager and staff.
• Manage online proposal submission and review system.
• Conduct proposal reviews and due diligence.
• Develop grant agreements and manage active grants.
• Promote grant programs and communicate with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and processes.
• Flexible location throughout the lower 48 states.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in grant administration.
• Experience with tribal or stakeholder communities is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of National Forest management is desirable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
