Overview

The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is looking for a highly organised, customer-focused, and sales-driven Reservations Coordinator to manage appointment bookings and ensure a seamless booking experience for clients.

In Short

• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Respond warmly to client communications via phone and email.
• Work closely with therapists and stylists to manage scheduling.
• Proactively upsell additional services to enhance client experience.
• Handle booking-related issues and resolve client complaints.
• Educate clients about ongoing promotions and campaigns.
• Track upsells and client feedback.
• Work from 6:30 PM PH Time or 10:30 AM UK Time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and sales.
• Proficient in booking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Confident in upselling services and rebooking.
• Ability to multitask and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Willingness to be a team player and adapt to work hours.
