Overview

The Rocky Mountain Region Program Manager will build partnerships and connections to support the development and implementation of restoration, conservation, recreation, and forest health projects across assigned National Forests within the Rocky Mountain Region.

In Short

  • Maintain knowledge of conservation programming trends.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least five years of experience with conservation programs.
  • Experience in project planning and budget tracking.
  • Knowledge of land and watershed management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supervising project-level staff.
  • Familiarity with Colorado and Wyoming's natural resources.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS online and basic cartography.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
