Overview

The Organ Health Senior Marketing Manager, Prospera plays a key role in supporting and delivering marketing tactics to support the Prospera products across all organs/indications.

In Short

• Assist in developing marketing strategy and messaging for Natera’s Organ Health products.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption in the marketplace.
• Maintain knowledge of key product attributes and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training content for sales.
• Facilitate design and finalization of marketing collateral.
• Track ROI for marketing programs.
• Ensure timely updates of materials for the sales team.
• Interact with copywriters, designers, and sales teams for alignment.
• Conduct market research to evaluate messaging effectiveness.
• Assist with planning for sales and marketing meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years prior sales and marketing experience in life sciences preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in biopharma, diagnostics, or healthcare advertising preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing preferred.
