Project Coordinator, Marketing Operations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator, Marketing Operations to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. In this role, you’ll serve as a central hub for tracking deliverables, coordinating tasks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

In Short

• Assist with day-to-day execution of marketing projects within Wrike.
• Monitor Jira boards and manage ticket workflows.
• Maintain accurate project timelines and documentation.
• Identify and escalate project delays or risks.
• Partner closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, and Operations.
• Participate in recurring meetings and capture notes.
• Conduct basic reporting in Wrike.
• Manage Jira tickets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Apply established checklists for task management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with Wrike, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
