Clinical Data Review Assistant - Temporary - Remote

Overview

This is a temporary position where the Clinical Data Review Assistant supports the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team by communicating with internal and external customers to process patient genetic testing samples and reports.

In Short

• Support the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team.
• Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information for processing tests.
• Track sample collection kits and answer status inquiries.
• Update internal databases and maintain notes in LIMS.
• Assist data reviewers with customer inquiries.
• Coordinate report release requests.
• Handle PHI in paper and electronic formats.
• Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain current training status on Natera requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or clerical experience.
• Experience with Google mail and Google Documents.
• Problem analysis and solving experience preferred.
• Data collection and maintenance experience preferred.
