Overview

This role involves contributing to semiconductor workforce development by facilitating connections between industry leaders, educational institutions, and workforce organizations across the United States.

In Short

  • Coordinate and support Communities of Practice development for NSTC members.
  • Develop and manage webinar series for semiconductor workforce ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Support workforce partnership initiatives and existing talent development programs.
  • Assist in administering national leadership programs for semiconductor workforce development.
  • Maintain databases tracking team activities, member engagement, and resource sharing.
  • Facilitate networking and information exchange among ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute reports on workforce development progress and best practices.
  • Contribute to Digital Resource Library development and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in Recruiting, HR, workforce development or training, within the semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Experience with virtual event planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
