Manager, Health Systems Strengthening and Integration - Remote

Overview

This role will have the exciting opportunity to help NASTAD achieve its vision of a world committed to ending HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and intersecting epidemics by strengthening and integrating public health and healthcare systems.

In Short

• Manager position focused on health systems strengthening and integration.
• Work closely with governmental health departments and health systems.
• Align HIV care and treatment with surveillance and support systems.
• Plan and execute technical assistance and generate data-driven insights.
• Create custom solutions to improve interoperability and program performance.
• Assess state health department needs and lead technical assistance responses.
• Develop tools and training for governmental HIV programs.
• Represent NASTAD at meetings and consultations.
• Respond to member requests with innovative messaging and technical assistance.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.

Requirements

• Expertise with ADAP, Ryan White, and/or Medicaid programming.
• Project Management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Policy analysis skills.
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills.
• Experience in publication and training facilitation.
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Medicaid and surveillance data systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
