Senior Manager, HR Operations - Remote

Overview

This role will help NASTAD achieve its vision of a world committed to ending HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and intersecting epidemics by ensuring that our talented and dedicated team of 70+ employees receives the strong HR support they need to succeed.

In Short

• Lead NASTAD’s efforts at maintaining HR Compliance.
• Oversee logistical and operational aspects of HR.
• Manage project management activities for HR programs.
• Ensure a positive employee experience through HR process evaluation.
• Provide thought partnership on HR strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of HR Compliance topics.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Expert-level communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Tech savvy and self-starter.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of HR experience.
• Experience managing complex projects.
