Overview

The NGMS Network Engineer (L2) role involves providing support to Managed Service customers, managing incidents, and delivering projects on-site across the UK while working remotely.

Requirements

• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or JNCIA certification.
• Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP).
• 3+ years of experience with routers and switches.
• Experience in customer support and project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with advanced routing and switching.
• Experience with Fortinet and SDWAN.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Independent and self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills.
