Financial Institution Contract Analyst - Remote

Overview

NASA Federal Credit Union is in search of an experienced Financial Institution Contract Analyst to collaborate with key stakeholders in performing vendor risk assessments, vendor due diligence, contract reviews, ongoing vendor oversight, and quality assurance activities involving the Credit Union’s Third-Party Risk Program.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor risk assessments.
• Perform vendor due diligence and contract reviews.
• Manage all steps of the contract process.
• Monitor vendor services and quality assurance.
• Apply knowledge of risk best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with software administration for third-party risk management.
• Coordinate onboarding of vendor relationships.
• Participate in vendor contract negotiations.
• Support enterprise-wide communications and reporting.
• Assist with procurement processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of regulatory compliance and/or third-party risk experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Financial institution knowledge/experience preferred.
• Experience in contract work is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex details effectively.
• Strong business ethics and attention to detail.
