Content Writer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Content Writer to support Support Enablement by creating, maintaining, and improving user-facing content that helps customers understand our product and succeed with it.

In Short

• Create and maintain help articles, guides, and visual assets.
• Support ongoing audits of existing help content.
• Gather input from Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Surface content needs to the Enablement Manager.
• Recommend appropriate content formats based on user needs.
• Design infographics and visual aids to support written content.
• Ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Resolve content issues independently.
• Continuously build product knowledge.

Requirements

• Ability to create clear and user-friendly content.
• Experience in writing actionable help articles.
• Ability to work with multiple teams for input gathering.
• Judgment on when to escalate issues.
• Visual clarity in content design.
• Ownership of content execution.
• Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
• Interest in customer education and support operations.
