As a Content Writer at GraphAware, you will own the content function, creating high-quality written content that demonstrates the impact of our graph-powered intelligence analysis platform across the law enforcement, public safety, and intelligence domains.

• Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop content and editorial plans.
• Produce clear, audience-appropriate content including blog posts and articles.
• Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Develop thought leadership content for target domains.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams on product announcements.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts for insights.
• Support agency-produced video content with storyboards and scripts.
• Maintain a consistent GraphAware voice across all content.
• Refresh and optimize existing content for relevance and accuracy.
• Work independently in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or content strategy.
• 2+ years of content writing for a technology company.
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrating clarity and structure.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver consistently.
• Native-level English writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS and data analytics concepts.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with graph technology is a plus.
