Overview

The Commercial Partnerships Manager at NaroIQ will own the company's commercial relationships across the entire ETF value chain, engaging both fund initiators and key partners essential for ETF operations.

In Short

  • Manage commercial relationships with fund initiators and ManCos.
  • Build partnerships with custodians, market makers, and distribution platforms.
  • Own the full sales cycle for new ManCo relationships.
  • Conduct discovery to understand ManCos' product strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and operationalize partnerships.
  • Build knowledge of the ETF value chain and regulatory constraints.
  • Translate partner requirements into product insights.
  • Represent NaroIQ at industry events and meetings.
  • Contribute to strategic projects for market positioning.
  • Work in a remote-first environment with occasional in-person collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in commercial or business development roles.
  • Fluency in the ETF value chain or ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong commercial and relationship instincts.
  • Self-directed working style with comfort in ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person relationships.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Existing network in the financial services industry.
