Senior Analyst, Paid Social - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a performance-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist focusing on Paid Social to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for our e-commerce business.

In Short

• Launch and manage paid social, display, and performance campaigns.
• Develop and implement full-funnel campaign strategies.
• Manage product feeds for Meta and Pinterest.
• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
• Stay ahead of trends in paid media and e-commerce.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business.
• 3–5 years of experience managing paid campaigns in e-commerce.
• Expertise in Meta, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft Ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Proven success in managing campaigns to performance goals.
• Collaborative team player with project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for optimization.
• Amenable to work 3am-12pm, Monday to Friday.
