Overview

The Senior Legal Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor for global operations, supporting enterprise client engagements, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

• Review and negotiate U.S. and global contracts.

• Understanding of U.S. commercial law.
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients preferred.
• Familiarity with agile contracting and digital transformation.
• Able to work across time zones and cultures.
