The Associate Director of Delivery is responsible for overseeing the delivery of large, complex programs within Nagarro, ensuring both short-term and long-term success of the accounts while managing cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in program management.

• Ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with project scope definition and planning.
• Ability to manage health of the account on key metrics.
• Experience in managing cross-functional distributed teams.
• Ability to suggest and own delivery methodology.
