Overview

We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media, growth, and acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. This individual will play a key role in optimizing EveryWatch’s marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

• Manage paid social campaigns and remarketing efforts
• Track and analyze key performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in paid media
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing automation
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and CRO
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Passion for luxury watches is a plus
